Just like the moon

Andy's favorite book is Papa please get me the moon. In it the moon gets bigger and bigger and bigger. Andy asked for a story about when he was a baby. I told him he used to be in my tummy and then he got bigger and bigger and bigger. He said, "just like the moon".
