23 weeks

We took Andy to my 23 week appointment.  He was very excited to hear Ooga Booga's heart beat and get a lollipop.  He had a butterscotch lollipop for the first time.  I asked him later what flavor it was.  He said "upper scotch".  I asked him again later and he said "butter scottland".  Andy helped me get weighed and we weighed him.  He is 34 lbs.  He told me I am 48 lbs.  Love that boy!  He pretended to be nurse bear and helped me get my blood pressure taken.  We also got to have an ultrasound.  The technician pointed out the kidneys.  Andy said "kidneys help you pee".  Later he told me "I saw the kidneys on our baby but I didn't see the ureter".  Andy also asked to see the "gluteus maximus".  Our baby was pulling its ear so Andy started pulling his ear.  Andy said "I love you Ooga Booga" and waved hello and goodbye to our baby.  Later he said "I got to see our baby on the computer".  Ooga Booga is doing really well and weighs 1 lb 10 oz.
