My mom cooks mouth-watering meals all day. Here is one of the two appetizers we had at dinner last night. A red beet, yellow beet, asparagus, toasted walnut, goat cheese stack with balsamic drizzle. So gourmet!! YUM!!! Thank you mom!!! That was followed by shrimp skewers. And those were just the appetizers!!!
