A morning at CRC
We just spent from 9:30-12 at crc!!! Andy had a BLAST! Once a month they have rainbow connection for little kids after tot shabbat. Andy had the time of his life. There were about 20 kids ranging from 9 months-4 years old. There was story time, singing time, dancing time (Andy got super into the dancing!), crafts time (making humantashen and making purim related crafts but Andy didn't do any of that), play time with different stations (Andy loved the Shabbat set where you could cut fake challah and put together the fake shabbat candles in the candle holders), and shabbat (did the blessings, andy drank apple juice out of a cup--first time drinking juice!-- with help from Matt and was soo excited about the challah he was standing over the leader during the blessing and got to take the first hunk). At noon he didnt' want to leave!!! He fist bumped with a bunch of the kids and gave Sophie (2) fake challah pieces, let Scarlet (2) play with his cow, and gave the kiddush cup to Sophie's dad. He got lots of compliments on his sharing! He told Sari (3) that she had "dots" on her tights!!
